Hello my name is E'Dwina. I have been a dedicated educator for the past 17 years. I understand that children learn at their own pace and in their own unique way. I also understand that there are several ways to measure a student's success. For that reason I believe in an individualized approach to teaching. I have continued my own education by earning two advanced degrees. I hold a Masters of Education degree in both Curriculum and Instruction and Elementary Education. I also I have over fifty hours of structured literacy training based on the Orton- Gillingham approach to learning. I am experienced in providing differentiated instruction to all learners. I believe in individualized instruction. Therefore I always assess what the student's needs are prior to creating a learning plan for them. I believe that learning should produce results in a creative and fun environment.
