I am both a Certified Academic Language Practitioner and a National Board Certified Teacher. I currently tutor virtually via Zoom. The Orton-Gillingham principles of explicit, sequential, and systematic instruction inform my practice whether I am workng with students on language learning, writing support, reading comprehension or study skills that enhance academic success. I have 20+ years of experience teaching students with diverse learning profiles that include dyslexia, ADHD, Ihrlen’s Syndrome, and the autism spectrum.
