When planning your Orton-Gillingham lesson plans, you need evidence based reading materials. These advanced decodable word lists and sentences for level five, Orton-Gillingham are recommended for students who are ready for more challenging work within this level.
Level FIVE decodable word lists focus on silent letters, schwa vowels, and morphological concepts
Your student(s) may be ready to handle multisyllabic syllable patterns that match the skills in level three. This resource will accommodate that need. Please note that a few lists have ending syllable patterns with schwa sounds. It is up to the teacher and/or tutor’s discretion to decide if you would like to use these lists for further practice with a particular syllable pattern.
