How About A Little OG Freebie?

Share:

Here’s an oldie, but goodie freebie that won’t make you crabby! I hand one of these out to my OG students when we begin tutoring. I glue or tape it into their notebook. When we finish learning a new phonogram or rule, they get to color in the coinciding section of the crab. It’s pretty motivating to watch it get filled up! I apologize for the quality. It’s been around FOREVER, but should print out well. I hope your students enjoy it as much as mine!

  1. Quick question—how do you use this with students? Once they finish studying a vowel pattern, suffix, etc. they get to color in the part of the crab? Or do they test out?? I think it is great….just curious how it works!!

  3. Thank you so much! I have to admit, there are very few of us in social media. I love sharing my knowledge from my years as a classroom teacher and as an OG instructor. Let me know if you have any questions. :))
